composition:

Aluminium; Phosphate - Aluminum Hydroxide Clostridium botulinum, Type C Clostridium botulinum, Type D Thimerosal

Indications :

  The Botulinum vaccine is used to prevent botulism in cattle and sheep.
Ultravac Botulinum Vaccine provides protection against both Clostridium botulinum type C and Type D in sheep and cattle.

Dosages :

The recommended dose for cattle of all ages is 2.5 ml and for sheep of all ages 1 ml.
     A single dose of Ultravac® Botulinum vaccine is sufficient to confer protection in areas where botulism is endemic but, whenever possible, each animal should be given a second dose of the vaccine with an interval of four to six weeks between doses. After that, one dose every year is enough to maintain immunity.

Special warnings :
     It is important that the vaccine is mixed properly before and during use. For subcutaneous use only.
Take care to avoid accidental self-injection. Accidental self-injection may result in local bruising, pain, and swelling. If self-injecting, seek medical attention

Storage:

Store between 2 - 8 °C.

Protect from light.

Do not freeze.
